Constant wear and tear, such as dragging heavy furniture across the carpet and vacuuming pulls at the carpet can loosen it somewhat. Should I keep my pets from walking on my newly cleaned carpet until it’s dry?

This is personal preference, depending upon whether or not you feel the cats would soil your carpet with their paws. Aside from that, our all-natural cleaning products are safe for children and pets to walk on – even when wet.

Should I request the Carpet Protector be applied on my carpet at the end of my service?

We recommend the protectant be added to carpets if you intend on keeping your current carpet for at least 2 or more years. It will extend the life of your carpet, and keeps it looking in its best condition. This extra upfront cost more than pays for itself as future spots and stains are much easier to remove.

I’ve got some really tough stains – should I scrub them before you arrive?

No! Scrubbing done without professional techniques can actually make stains worse, and work them in to a point where they are impossible to remove. We recommend blotting up the excess spill with towels. If you have heavy stains, please contact us in advance for pre-treatment to achieve the best results.

Should I wait for Spring or Summer to have my carpets cleaned, to air my house and help the carpets dry?
