This was my first time having carpets professional cleaned. I have 3 kids, 2 dogs,1 cat and the carpet had black spots, pet odor, food spills. You name it is was on the carpet. Joseph & sean from Valley Carpet Care came out and seen the bad condition the carpet was in and said they needed to do the big job. and use very thing they had and spot the pet odor smell out, got the black spots out, food spills out to and also did a very good job getting the carpet cleaned. Now my carpets looks very clean and smells good to. I would be very happy to use this company again and have the same guys come out and clean my carpet.
