Great deal! Arrived on time. I called same day, they were at my house within an hour. Thomas was polite, respectful, helpful and did not pressure me into a huge upsale. I did take his polite recommendation to add a service as I have 2 very young kids and my carpets were TRASHED! Results were fantastic! I will definitely use them again!
