I’ve been using Valley Carpet Care for 10+ years and am still convinced they provide the best value for the money. All technicians I’ve ever had were professional, courteous, and all have done an excellent job on my carpets, often going beyond the call of duty. They were 15 minutes late for my appt last week, but they called to tell me they would be 15 minutes late. No problem there…. But they made up for it by doing a terrific job on my carpet stains. I would high recommend them to anyone.

Greg and Mike are an awesome team! They did my living room/dining room combo and hallway in under an hour. My carpet looks brand new! Even better was that they did it all while my 13 month old son snoozed away! They definitely have a customer for life!

Great deal! Arrived on time. I called same day, they were at my house within an hour. Thomas was polite, respectful, helpful and did not pressure me into a huge upsale. I found a coupon in Pennysaver and gave Valley Carpet Care a call. Damon was great! He cleaned my living room and hallway. He listened to my concerns about pet stains (I have 3 cats) and really took extra care in his work. I am really happy with the way my carpet looks now! He got out every single stain I wanted out and completed his work in about an hour an a half.

I was in need of carpet cleaning when we moved out of our rental. I called Valley Carpet Care, and they were able to send someone out the next day. The owner & office staff were very helpful and accomedating. The two young men, who came out to clean my carpets, were puctual, professional and did an outstanding job! Upon their suggestion, I added pet order treatment for one room and what a difference that made. They cleaned the carpets in a timely manner and left them clean, dry and looking brand new again. This was my first time having carpets professional cleaned. I have 3 kids, 2 dogs,1 cat and the carpet had black spots, pet odor, food spills. You name it is was on the carpet. Joseph & sean from Valley Carpet Care came out and seen the bad condition the carpet was in and said they needed to do the big job. and use very thing they had and spot the pet odor smell out, got the black spots out, food spills out to and also did a very good job getting the carpet cleaned. Now my carpets looks very clean and smells good to. I would be very happy to use this company again and have the same guys come out and clean my carpet.
